Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Spyros Skalidis started the match with the kick off. Thomas Leonidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 刘平国, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. A collision led to FC Sneek getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Michael van Zeijl hit a great ball. Thomas Leonidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sjaak Ijksma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Weijereind S.C.'s Thomas Leonidis got control of the ball when 刘平国 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dennis Meindert came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Weijereind S.C.'s Spyros Skalidis. But to his dismay, Spyros Skalidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sjaak Ijksma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Leonidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lex Sligter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lex Sligter got free with Thomas Leonidis in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Weijereind S.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when 刘平国 scored to the left of an out of position Thomas Leonidis, making the score, 1-2. Thomas Leonidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 刘平国 in the 32nd minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Weijereind S.C.'s Wesley Reitsma nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dennis Meindert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The supporters of FC Sneek booed when Weijereind S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerrie Bust didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Sjaak Ijksma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Sneek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Weijereind S.C. the free kick. Sjaak Ijksma hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Wesley Reitsma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dennis Meindert was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 刘平国 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Robert-Jan de Jong fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Weijereind S.C.'s protests and gave Robert-Jan de Jong a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes FC Sneek got a freekick which was hit by Coenraad Nijemanting. Spyros Skalidis kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. A collision led to Weijereind S.C. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Wesley Reitsma hit a great ball. In the 66th match minute, Weijereind S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert-Jan de Jong to maneuver through the defense. When Richard Kluivert fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Weijereind S.C.'s protests and gave Richard Kluivert a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Weijereind S.C. getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Richard Kluivert hit a great ball. In the 76th match minute, Weijereind S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Spyros Skalidis to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Sjaak Ijksma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, FC Sneek's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Strauch came free, but Dennis Meindert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Weijereind S.C. defense, 刘平国 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Leonidis. The Weijereind S.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Leonidis should have stopped the shot. 88 minutes into the match, Weijereind S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when 刘平国 came free, but Thomas Leonidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thomas Leonidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 刘平国's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see FC Sneek lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
