The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Toni Boshuis during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Schoondorp AFC's Benigno Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurens Stegeman in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Toni Boshuis notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Schoondorp AFC's Benigno Ostadar. Benigno Ostadar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benigno Ostadar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paul Verweijen went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Laurens Stegeman struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Benigno Ostadar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Adder. In the 23rd minute Gert Tanis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Ostadar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Gert Tanis notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Schoondorp AFC's Benigno Ostadar. Benigno Ostadar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute FC Adder were awarded a corner. Rinus Meertens went to the cornerflag to take it. Benigno Ostadar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurens Stegeman, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 33 played minutes Schoondorp AFC got a freekick which was hit by Oliver de Nooijer. Toni Boshuis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gert Tanis kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Fabiën van Rhijn struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Mario Kiewiet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schoondorp AFC. A collision led to Schoondorp AFC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Arjen Robben hit a great ball. Laurens Stegeman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Ostadar having to interfere. 47 minutes into the game, Toni Boshuis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Benigno Ostadar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Verweijen in the 54th minute of play forced Schoondorp AFC's goalkeeper Benigno Ostadar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benigno Ostadar was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Paul Verweijen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Paul Verweijen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. When Paul Verweijen came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the FC Adder fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Verweijen couldn't finish the play. The supporters of FC Adder booed when Schoondorp AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arjen Robben didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rinus Meertens, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Schoondorp AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Verweijen came free, but Benigno Ostadar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Toni Boshuis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benigno Ostadar. Schoondorp AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toni Boshuis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. 73 minutes into the game, FC Adder's Laurens Stegeman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benigno Ostadar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. In the 76th minute, Laurens Stegeman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benigno Ostadar. The goal made the score 0-9. Benigno Ostadar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laurens Stegeman in the 82nd minute. Paul Verweijen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Benigno Ostadar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Laurens Stegeman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benigno Ostadar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. The crowd rose to their feet as Paul Verweijen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benigno Ostadar. That made the score 0-11 in the 89 minute of play. Benigno Ostadar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paul Verweijen in the 92nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laurens Stegeman got free with Benigno Ostadar in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Adder's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
