Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dongenvaart's Rick Driel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Harold Degens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boukjan van Dongen in the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Strong Body had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harold Degens. Dongenvaart's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Strong Body was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 9 minutes into the game, Heineken Youths's Edgar van Rijswijk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Harold Degens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 12th minute, Chi-Chi Chi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the game, Henk Scholten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Harold Degens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Johan Grasmaaijer hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After 24 played minutes, Heineken Youths's Dennis Heida shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Harold Degens came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Heineken Youths reached it. After 25 played minutes Heineken Youths got a freekick which was hit by Henk Scholten. Dongenvaart's Harold Degens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boukjan van Dongen in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Dongenvaart's goal looked a bit too open when Strong Body came free, but Harold Degens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 32 minutes, Wessel Oosterveld mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dongenvaart and the Heineken Youths players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wessel Oosterveld kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Strong Body took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harold Degens. Harold Degens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Harold Degens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Strong Body in the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar van Rijswijk in the 40th minute of play forced Dongenvaart's goalkeeper Harold Degens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dongenvaart's Harold Degens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Heida in the 41st minute of play. Edgar van Rijswijk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boukjan van Dongen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Harold Degens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harold Degens came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Heineken Youths's Strong Body. But to his dismay, Strong Body quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Strong Body made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Strong Body's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harold Degens was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Dongenvaart's goalie and right to Heiko Cruijff. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Dongenvaart's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 56th minute of the match, Strong Body got a very nice opportunity to score, but Harold Degens was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Harold Degens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boukjan van Dongen in the 59th minute of the match. Heineken Youths's Edgar van Rijswijk got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar van Rijswijk in the 62nd minute of play forced Dongenvaart's goalkeeper Harold Degens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Strong Body in the 64th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Harold Degens kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-6 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Strong Body sped through Dongenvaart's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Harold Degens. 72 minutes into the game, Strong Body recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Harold Degens. Strong Body showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Boukjan van Dongen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Harold Degens. That made the score 0-9 in the 75 minute of play. Dongenvaart's Harold Degens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Dongenvaart from getting a goal against them. Edgar van Rijswijk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Harold Degens made a huge save. Harold Degens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boukjan van Dongen in the 81st minute of the match. Strong Body made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 82ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Harold Degens would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Strong Body's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Harold Degens skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Harold Degens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boukjan van Dongen, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute Boukjan van Dongen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harold Degens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harold Degens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Strong Body in the 89th minute. Harold Degens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boukjan van Dongen in the 97th minute of the match. Heineken Youths played a much better game than Dongenvaart and deserved their victory. The Dongenvaart players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
