Spectators: 8478 (Terracing: 6360, Seating: 1949, VIP seats: 169) Hans Beishuizen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rik Wikenburg scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laurens de Freitas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute, Hawkfield FC's Rik Wikenburg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 13 minutes into the match, Hawkfield FC's Rik Wikenburg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laurens de Freitas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Pierre Huizing in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hawkfield FC's Reinier Kemper. Rik Wikenburg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Laurens de Freitas having to make a save. Rik Wikenburg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Laurens de Freitas made a huge save. Tadeo Gandia hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Tadeo Gandia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laurens de Freitas was a little too slow when Rik Wikenburg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 3-0. 32 minutes into the match, Rik Wikenburg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Laurens de Freitas, 4-0. After 37 minutes Cadier's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Huub Meindert who took care of the corner kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rik Wikenburg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rik Wikenburg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Laurens de Freitas having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rik Wikenburg in the 53rd minute of play forced Cadier's goalkeeper Laurens de Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Rik Wikenburg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Rik Wikenburg came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Hawkfield FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rik Wikenburg couldn't finish the play. Laurens de Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rik Wikenburg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Rik Wikenburg notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Cadier's Laurens de Freitas. Laurens de Freitas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Cadier's Arnold Robbermond got a free kick in the 77th minute. Tommie Peters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Markku Kankaanpää having to interfere. Laurens de Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rik Wikenburg in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Rik Wikenburg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rik Wikenburg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Niels-Jan Reitsema blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Markku Kankaanpää having to make a save. Hawkfield FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
