After recieving a nice pass, Zijdewind SC's Robin ten Rouwelaar tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jochem Diest sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 33 played minutes Zijdewind SC got a freekick which was hit by Rudi den Hartog. Kluivertmannie's Teobaldo Juvenal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdi Dekens in the 39th minute of play. In the 39th minute Ferdi Dekens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobaldo Juvenal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Rein van Steensel made the kick off in the second half. Leon Meyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Cassano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leon Meyer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cafer Baysal, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Leon Meyer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enzo Cassano went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.
