The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michel Ellerman was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Michel Ellerman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Otto Onderwater was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Bakhuis in the 82nd minute of play forced Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper Otto Onderwater to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Decathlon Dudes's zone, Anthony Bakhuis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Otto Onderwater came out of the goal and Anthony Bakhuis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Otto Onderwater took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Bakhuis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. John Bosman ran back to his position shaking his head. Otto Onderwater showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthony Bakhuis in the 96th minute of the match. Stevensbeek FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
