Spectators: 8200 (Terracing: 6150, Seating: 1886, VIP seats: 164) Andrea Di Tullio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in afc champs's zone, Julius Holsmuller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigi Donnarumma came out of the goal and Julius Holsmuller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th match minute, afc champs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gijs Molnar to maneuver through the defense. Ferdinant Lodewijks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaas Jan Kramer in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Andrea Di Tullio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinant Lodewijks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bolli Bompastor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bolli Bompastor in the 21st minute of play forced The Young Ones's goalkeeper Ferdinant Lodewijks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 minutes The Young Ones's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Klaas Jan Kramer who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Klaas Jan Kramer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ferdinant Lodewijks quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, The Young Ones's Henk-Jan Zandberg got a free kick in the 25th minute. Angel Aznaro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute Bolli Bompastor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinant Lodewijks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, The Young Ones's goalkeeper Ferdinant Lodewijks had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jochem Wijnands. afc champs's Andrea Di Tullio was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 37th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Witalis Blicharz made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by The Young Ones's Harmen Zorge. Ferdinant Lodewijks came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by afc champs's Bolli Bompastor. But to his dismay, Bolli Bompastor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julius Holsmuller stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Andrea Di Tullio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferdinant Lodewijks was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Witalis Blicharz's late challenge caught a The Young Ones's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Witalis Blicharz helped the player get up and apologised. Harmen Zorge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gigi Donnarumma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 played minutes afc champs got a freekick which was hit by Klaas Jan Kramer. Ferdinant Lodewijks didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bolli Bompastor went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 87 minutes into the match, The Young Ones's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Di Tullio came free, but Ferdinant Lodewijks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrea Di Tullio took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdinant Lodewijks. Ferdinant Lodewijks dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When Jeroen Oorschot came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the The Young Ones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeroen Oorschot couldn't finish the play.
