Spectators: 7519 (Terracing: 5894, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Harzan FC's Gido Hoogland started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Harzan FC's Taco Eggens got a free kick in the 5th minute. When FC Kayland's Americo Lastur in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Harzan FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gido Hoogland might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Telis Tabakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gido Hoogland ran back to his position shaking his head. Gido Hoogland scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Telis Tabakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Telis Tabakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry van Asseldonk in the 15th minute of the match. Werner Korevaar's late challenge caught a FC Kayland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Werner Korevaar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Harzan FC's Werner Korevaar got a free kick in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Harzan FC's goalkeeper Gooitzen Meinders had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jos Zoethout. Telis Tabakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wouter Zimmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Kayland booed when Harzan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Werner Korevaar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jos Zoethout in the 21st minute of play forced Harzan FC's goalkeeper Gooitzen Meinders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd match minute, Harzan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mark Duinhoven to maneuver through the defense. In the 27thth minute of the game Gido Hoogland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kayland's Telis Tabakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Telis Tabakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry van Asseldonk in the 33rd minute of the match. Gooitzen Meinders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Lastur in the 34th minute of play. Telis Tabakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gido Hoogland went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Americo Lastur made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the match, Wouter Zimmer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Telis Tabakis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 55th minute, Mark Duinhoven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mark Duinhoven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harzan FC's Gido Hoogland came free and shot a quick shot against goal 64 minutes in the game, fortunately Telis Tabakis had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Rob Assendelft hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Wouter Zimmer might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Telis Tabakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wouter Zimmer ran back to his position shaking his head. Gooitzen Meinders showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Lastur, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 82nd minute, Melvin Wortelboer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gido Hoogland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes into the game, Wouter Zimmer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Telis Tabakis. Wouter Zimmer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, FC Kayland's Americo Lastur got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Harzan FC played a much better game than FC Kayland and deserved their victory. The FC Kayland players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
