The Who Ate All Depay fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Who Ate All Depay's Wen Bo Yang looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Roland Geitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Kolano in the 12th minute of the match. Bernard Kolano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roland Geitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wen Bo Yang went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Tor-Egil Gjertsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Who Ate All Depay's Falco Pruischer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk-Jan Weinands in the 23rd minute of play. Wen Bo Yang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Falco Pruischer made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Jos van Rijswijk sent off a good shot on target. Schoonloo's Roland Geitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Dirks in the 32nd minute of play. Roland Geitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Kolano in the 35th minute of the match. Roland Geitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wen Bo Yang went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 40th minute Tor-Egil Gjertsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Geitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Schoonloo getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Thijs Seedorf hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marco van Dongen made a kick off. Who Ate All Depay's Falco Pruischer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco van Dongen in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute of the match, Bernard Kolano got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roland Geitz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 58 minutes into the match, Schoonloo's goalkeeper Roland Geitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernard Kolano. After a rather tough play, Who Ate All Depay's Alex Volponi got a free kick in the 58th minute. Schoonloo's Japke Fellinger was substituted for Boukjan Schipper. Schoonloo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Alex Volponi scored to the left of an out of position Roland Geitz, making the score, 1-4. Who Ate All Depay made a substitution. Schoonloo's Roland Geitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Schoonloo from getting a goal against them. Falco Pruischer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Hateboer, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 94th minute, Alex Volponi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roland Geitz. The goal made the score 1-6. The Schoonloo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Who Ate All Depay's performance. The match ended with a win for Who Ate All Depay.
