When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Alberto Valadares put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tjeerd Zwaanswijk. Luciano Lauaxeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 minutes of play, Dynamo Blitz's Luciano Lauaxeta made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jailson Vander went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute, Azghar Sarosh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luciano Lauaxeta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joshua Bannatyne couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Dynamo Blitz booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Daamen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Lauaxeta in the 92nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jailson Vander got free with Tjeerd Zwaanswijk in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
