In the 4th play minute Christijan Schreuder came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ted Stroobos. 1-0. Christijan Schreuder scored 2-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ted Stroobos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ted Stroobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruud Geels in the 10th minute of the match. Albertus FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Christijan Schreuder scored to the left of an out of position Ted Stroobos, making the score, 4-0. 18 minutes into the match, Albertus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Twan Hesseling came free, but Ted Stroobos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes Albertus FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Guzman. Hubert Ottens made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Verwachting's Hans Deitmers. Netzach Nieth made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Verwachting's Adriaan Kuypers. In the 27th match minute, Albertus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Guzman to maneuver through the defense. Christijan Schreuder succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-0 in the 28th playminute. If Christijan Schreuder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Twan Hesseling dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ted Stroobos, 6-0. Ted Stroobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruud Geels, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Ted Stroobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Twan Hesseling in the 38th minute of play. If Twan Hesseling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albertus FC's Ted Stroobos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Twan Hesseling in the 43rd minute of play. Twan Hesseling blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ted Stroobos having to make a save. If Ruud Geels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Twan Hesseling kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ted Stroobos. That made the score 7-0 in the 48 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zhou Kang Cheng stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Christijan Schreuder had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ted Stroobos. Albertus FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christijan Schreuder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Christijan Schreuder hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If Christijan Schreuder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 64 minutes into the match, Twan Hesseling notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Albertus FC's Ted Stroobos. Ted Stroobos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 67 minutes into the game, Twan Hesseling cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Ted Stroobos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 73 minutes into the match, Albertus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruud Geels came free, but Ted Stroobos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ted Stroobos came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Verwachting's Twan Hesseling. But to his dismay, Twan Hesseling quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Ted Stroobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruud Geels in the 78th minute of play. When Adriaan Kuypers fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Verwachting's protests and gave Adriaan Kuypers a yellow card for diving instead. Adriaan Kuypers kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Ted Stroobos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christijan Schreuder went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pieter Theissen during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Verwachting booed when Albertus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pieter Theissen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Twan Hesseling might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ted Stroobos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Twan Hesseling ran back to his position shaking his head. Ted Stroobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christijan Schreuder in the 97th minute of play. Verwachting walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
