In the 2nd match minute, De Pelgrims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theo Tuyp to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthijs Dorenbosch in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mike Zoetmulder saved De Pelgrims from getting behind. After 6 played minutes De Pelgrims got a freekick which was hit by Montrel Perpiñán. 15 minutes into the game, De Pelgrims's Huub Gerrits nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. César Fontes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 19th minute, Perivaldo Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Jakue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Mike Zoetmulder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SCARFACE's zone, Montrel Perpiñán stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. César Fontes came out of the goal and Montrel Perpiñán tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SCARFACE's César Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Montrel Perpiñán in the 27th minute of play. César Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Huub Gerrits, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Montrel Perpiñán in the 31st minute of play forced SCARFACE's goalkeeper César Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. César Fontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias de Ruijter in the 34th minute of the match. The supporters of De Pelgrims booed when SCARFACE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jouke Oevermans didn't get a good kick on the ball. SCARFACE's César Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias de Ruijter in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, De Pelgrims's Twan Mol got a free kick in the 39th minute. César Fontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Eger, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. César Fontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henk Cardinaal in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half De Pelgrims were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

But to his dismay, Mathias de Ruijter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. De Pelgrims's Mike Zoetmulder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurits Reitsma in the 66th minute of play. After 70 played minutes SCARFACE got a freekick which was hit by Zxavian Goyanes. César Fontes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Perivaldo Eger in the 76th minute. Mathias de Ruijter scored 0-5 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of César Fontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Montrel Perpiñán hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the game, Fu Peng Feng was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. De Pelgrims's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SCARFACE the free kick. After a rather tough play, De Pelgrims's Fu Peng Feng got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Henk Cardinaal scored 0-6 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of César Fontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Torjus Stenersen hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Mathias de Ruijter made a precise shot to the right of César Fontes. SCARFACE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. De Pelgrims played a much better game than SCARFACE and deserved their victory. The SCARFACE players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
