The supporters of Skull Tower MFC booed when Cospicua Youngsters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Attard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Franco Axiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Avellino in the 16th minute of the match. Tyrone Terribile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrew Captur in the 21st minute of the match. Tyrone Terribile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesred Titley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the game, Thomas Deguara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jesred Titley to strike the kick off in the second half. Tyrone Terribile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesred Titley, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Jesred Titley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Skull Tower MFC's Kenneth Mallia quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Christan Flask, made in the 84th minute of the game. Kenneth Mallia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christan Flask hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Cospicua Youngsters's Franco Axiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Bugelli in the 88th minute of play. Andrew Captur charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andrew Captur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cospicua Youngsters's Andrew Captur got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
