If Sean Urpani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Resurrection's Clayton Camilleri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Stilon in the 43rd minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stephen Satariano was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Keith Apap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clayton Camilleri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Edward Cioffi threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Resurrection were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
