Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Charlo Hamilton took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 8th minute Charlo Hamilton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Sapienza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilbert Sapienza came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Albert Town's Nathaniel Cassola. But to his dismay, Nathaniel Cassola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 17thth minute of the game Harry Bellizzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Albert Town's Jason Gafà was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jason Gafà showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Bellizzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 24th minute Harry Bellizzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jason Gafà saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Owen Cumbo had several of the Albert Town's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Jason Gafà as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Owen Cumbo got free with Jason Gafà in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Harry Bellizzi made a kick off. If Charlo Hamilton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nathaniel Cassola came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Albert Town fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nathaniel Cassola couldn't finish the play. Charlo Hamilton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Sapienza having to interfere. Nathaniel Cassola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Gilbert Sapienza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charlo Hamilton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gilbert Sapienza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charlo Hamilton in the 80th minute of the match. Gilbert Sapienza came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Albert Town's Nathaniel Cassola. But to his dismay, Nathaniel Cassola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Charlo Hamilton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilbert Sapienza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Jason Gafà made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Bellizzi in the 89th minute of play. Jason Gafà showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Owen Cumbo in the 91st minute of the match. Harry Bellizzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jason Gafà having to interfere. Nigel Decesare hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
