The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Hi5:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Klub Vardarska:s goal. The referee gave Klub Vardarska a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Brane Grozdanovski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hi5's Mijalko Ajeti. 0-1. Radoje Siljanov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Todor Kitanovski made a huge save. Ditmir Jankovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ditmir Jankovski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mijalko Ajeti having to interfere. Mijalko Ajeti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonij Ljuben, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 31 played minutes Klub Vardarska got a freekick which was hit by Nebošja Nestorovski. In the 33rd minute, Radoje Siljanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute, Kristijan Kitanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klub Vardarska's Todor Kitanovski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Klub Vardarska from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Hi5's Živko Ziberi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Todor Kitanovski. That made the score 1-1 after 38 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Radoje Siljanov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hi5's supporters rose to their feet, but Radoje Siljanov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Todor Kitanovski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Todor Kitanovski managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Hi5's Radoje Siljanov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Todor Kitanovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dobre Bogatinov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Hi5 getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Radoje Siljanov hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoje Siljanov in the 69th minute of play forced Klub Vardarska's goalkeeper Todor Kitanovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klub Vardarska's Todor Kitanovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radoje Siljanov in the 71st minute of play. Kristijan Kitanov's late challenge caught a Hi5's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 84th minute, Radoje Siljanov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hi5 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. With a little luck, Hi5's Mijalko Ajeti got control of the ball when Antonij Ljuben tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Hi5 booed when Klub Vardarska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brane Grozdanovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klub Vardarska's Todor Kitanovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Kočovski in the 92nd minute of play.
