In the 21st minute, Vlado Gjika got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Pobeda Partizan fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Pobeda Partizan's Fatmir Spasenov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Jovan Kaevski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nace Ivič.
