Bogdan Konstantinov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vegim Bardhi, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute Miladin Mitrevski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Konstantinov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Gostivar FK's goal looked a bit too open when Milovan Mitevski came free, but Bogdan Konstantinov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gostivar FK's Bogdan Konstantinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miladin Mitrevski in the 36th minute of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Arse Ringov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gostivar FK's Bogdan Konstantinov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Nikodim Trajanovski fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gostivar FK's protests and gave Nikodim Trajanovski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gostivar FK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Nikodim Trajanovski hit a great ball. After 41 played minutes, Opate's Milovan Mitevski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bogdan Konstantinov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Opate reached it. Bogdan Konstantinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arse Ringov in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Opate's Jovan Stojakovič seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jovan Stojakovič the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Opate protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jovan Stojakovič had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Opate fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! After 48 minutes Opate's goalkeeper Dragoljub Gičevski managed, with a little bit of luck, save Branslav Acev's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Branslav Acev received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dragoljub Gičevski came out and tried to block the shot, but Branslav Acev slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 48th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Branslav Acev made the kick off in the second half. Bogdan Konstantinov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomislav Cvetanoski in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Tomislav Cvetanoski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bogdan Konstantinov, 1-2. With a little luck, Gostivar FK's Bogdan Konstantinov got control of the ball when Vegim Bardhi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tomislav Cvetanoski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bogdan Konstantinov was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After 70 played minutes Gostivar FK got a freekick which was hit by Trajan Sretenoski. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vegim Bardhi got free with Bogdan Konstantinov in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bogdan Konstantinov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomislav Cvetanoski in the 76th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Gostivar FK's goalie and right to Arse Ringov. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Gostivar FK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Gostivar FK's Bogdan Konstantinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arse Ringov in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Gostivar FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tomislav Cvetanoski came free, but Bogdan Konstantinov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikodim Trajanovski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, one of Gostivar FK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gostivar FK. The goalkeeper, Bogdan Konstantinov, was totally fooled by Opate's Milovan Mitevski, who 96 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Opate's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
