Božidar Hajdaraga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marko Cvetkov in the 31st minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Jakim Ljapčev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Božidar Hajdaraga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Branko Bislimi, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Petko Damčevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Glumovo Napredok getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Trifun Kaevski hit a great ball.

Nikola Nedzipi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Besim Danailov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Branko Bislimi struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Božidar Hajdaraga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barça. If Marko Cvetkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balluš Bardhi charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Balluš Bardhi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, one of Glumovo Napredok:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Glumovo Napredok. Branko Bislimi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the game, Sreten Grozdanovski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glumovo Napredok's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barça the free kick. Besim Danailov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihail Nakovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barça's Besim Danailov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georgi Nasev in the 97th minute of play.
