The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Sultan-Mehmet Khan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tadeusz Frenzel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 7 minutes into the match, ✩ Pep Team ✩'s Sultan-Mehmet Khan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadeusz Frenzel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. VUKOVAR 91's Tadeusz Frenzel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sultan-Mehmet Khan in the 11th minute of play. Tadeusz Frenzel came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by ✩ Pep Team ✩'s Sultan-Mehmet Khan. But to his dismay, Sultan-Mehmet Khan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Tadeusz Frenzel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sultan-Mehmet Khan in the 20th minute of play. Tadeusz Frenzel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sultan-Mehmet Khan, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Tadeusz Frenzel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sultan-Mehmet Khan went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Tadeusz Frenzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sultan-Mehmet Khan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Sultan-Mehmet Khan notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of VUKOVAR 91's Tadeusz Frenzel. Tadeusz Frenzel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tadeusz Frenzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spase Kastrati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elazar Osa in the 37th minute of play. Sultan-Mehmet Khan might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tadeusz Frenzel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tase Cvetkovič stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sultan-Mehmet Khan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sultan-Mehmet Khans short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Tadeusz Frenzel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to VUKOVAR 91 getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Janko Kokanov hit a great ball. Gustavo Mourato was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Sultan-Mehmet Khan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 58th minute of the match, Sultan-Mehmet Khan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tadeusz Frenzel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 62nd minute, Gustavo Mourato got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustavo Mourato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeusz Frenzel having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, VUKOVAR 91's goalkeeper Tadeusz Frenzel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sultan-Mehmet Khan. 70 minutes into the match, VUKOVAR 91's goalkeeper Tadeusz Frenzel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sultan-Mehmet Khan. After a defensive mix-up in VUKOVAR 91's zone, Sultan-Mehmet Khan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeusz Frenzel came out of the goal and Sultan-Mehmet Khan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sultan-Mehmet Khan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tadeusz Frenzel made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Sultan-Mehmet Khan sent off a good shot on target. Sultan-Mehmet Khan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Tadeusz Frenzel made a huge save. In the 86th minute Sultan-Mehmet Khan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Frenzel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Sultan-Mehmet Khan managed to get in a good position for a shot. ✩ Pep Team ✩'s supporters rose to their feet, but Sultan-Mehmet Khan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeusz Frenzel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustavo Mourato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sultan-Mehmet Khan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Tadeusz Frenzel made a huge save. In the 93rd minute, Sultan-Mehmet Khan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The VUKOVAR 91 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ✩ Pep Team ✩ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
