Spectators: 8147 (Terracing: 6111, Seating: 1874, VIP seats: 162) West Wickham's Emil Ries started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pierre Hausemer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernie Ludecke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Emil Ries cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Igor Kranefuss was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Pfannmöller kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. West Wickham's Gerry Hansen got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emil Ries hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Emil Ries recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. West Wickham's Pierre Hausemer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armin Muno in the 43rd minute of play. Oskar Horowitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Armin Muno to make the kick off. In the 51st play minute Ernie Ludecke came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Pierre Hausemer. 1-1. Igor Kranefuss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav zu Castell-Rüdenhausen, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the game, Jonas Happe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. West Wickham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Purbrook City the free kick. In the 56th match minute, West Wickham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Happe to maneuver through the defense. If Ernie Ludecke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emil Ries recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Purbrook City's Martin Nassau-Weilburg got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Emil Ries received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Igor Kranefuss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armin Muno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Pierre Hausemer made a huge save. A collision led to Purbrook City getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Tristan Schmit hit a great ball. Igor Kranefuss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Ries in the 79th minute of play. Pierre Hausemer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armin Muno in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Emil Ries got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a good free kick, Oskar Horowitz got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Purbrook City. In the 90th minute, Armin Muno reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pierre Hausemer. The goal made the score 1-2. West Wickham's Emil Ries got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Purbrook City were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over West Wickham's much stronger midfield.
