Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Hildmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Patrick Glöckner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Maloso's Karl Bruckert got a free kick in the 20th minute. Julian Hahn was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 25th minute Karl Bruckert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Glöckner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Hildmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Glöckner having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Samuel Schleck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Glöckner. Rodange's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Schleck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gregory Roth to make the kick off. Deportivo Maloso's Samuel Schleck got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gregory Roth succeeded in the game's 55th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Robin Glöckner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nick Bruch, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 59 minutes of play, Rodange's Nick Bruch made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robin Glöckner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patrick Glöckner didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. In the 66th minute, Gerd Ludwick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robin Glöckner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregory Roth in the 69th minute of the match. Robin Glöckner came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Rodange's Gregory Roth. But to his dismay, Gregory Roth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Gregory Roth scored 4-2 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robin Glöckner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute, Gregory Roth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rodange fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. If Bruno Hildmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th match minute, Deportivo Maloso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerd Ludwick to maneuver through the defense. Nick Bruch struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Robin Glöckner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rodange. 95 minutes into the match, Deportivo Maloso's goal looked a bit too open when Nick Bruch came free, but Robin Glöckner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Rodange were the better team. Rodange's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
