Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hugo Thielemann started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Hugo Thielemann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Babineaux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kenny Brockhaus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stan Goldstein took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ollie Descoteaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the game, Edward Klingelmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beşiktaş JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newcastle United the free kick. After 14 played minutes Beşiktaş JK got a freekick which was hit by Edward Klingelmann. In the 15th minute of the match Gaston Oberweis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armin Babineaux skillfully saved the ball. Beşiktaş JK's Freddy Reuter got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee gave Beşiktaş JK a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Max Baumstark, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Newcastle United's Stan Goldstein. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Newcastle United's zone, Linus Kemmer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stan Goldstein came out of the goal and Linus Kemmer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute Hugo Thielemann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Babineaux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Newcastle United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elmar Bronstein to maneuver through the defense. When Linus Kemmer came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Beşiktaş JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Linus Kemmer couldn't finish the play. Linus Kemmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stan Goldstein having to interfere. Stan Goldstein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Reuter in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Reuter to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Linus Kemmer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Stan Goldstein was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Kenny Brockhaus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kenny Brockhaus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armin Babineaux having to make a save. In the 64th match minute, Beşiktaş JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ollie Descoteaux to maneuver through the defense. Beşiktaş JK's Edward Klingelmann got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Edward Klingelmann off the ground. In the 66th minute, Edward Klingelmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julian Cantoreggi kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 74th minute Freddy Reuter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stan Goldstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Linus Kemmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Thielemann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Babineaux having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kenny Brockhaus got free with Armin Babineaux in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Beşiktaş JK's Armin Babineaux got control of the ball when Kenny Brockhaus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hugo Thielemann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Armin Babineaux tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armin Babineaux took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Thielemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Linus Kemmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Newcastle United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Beşiktaş JK.
