Armin Babineaux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jermaine Kent in the 52nd minute of play. Jermaine Kent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armin Babineaux stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jermaine Kent's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute, Linus Kemmer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ron Tipton was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jermaine Kent in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armin Babineaux prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 74 played minutes Burnham on Crouch got a freekick which was hit by CJ Vickers. A hard shot by Max Baumstark from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Ron Tipton's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Freddy Reuter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
