In the 52ndth minute of the game Felix Kremer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carlin How United's Chaz Lampard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Felix Kremer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yannick Brandebourg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Lane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Kremer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chaz Lampard having to make a save. Chaz Lampard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Kremer in the 74th minute of the match. Donny Armstrong kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After having played for 78 minutes, Armin Bärwald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Aarbechter Lëtzebuerg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armin Bärwald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute Felix Kremer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chaz Lampard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thom Behringer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chaz Lampard having to interfere. In the 87th minute, FC Aarbechter Lëtzebuerg's Felix Kremer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chaz Lampard. Chaz Lampard yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2.
