Witney AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Harvey Allison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Adrian Imhoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 played minutes Chazon FC got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Simon. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, George Kirchen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chazon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but George Kirchen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camron Dixon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Bastow in the 53rd minute of play forced Chazon FC's goalkeeper Adrian Imhoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, David Baumstark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Witney AFC's Harvey Allison in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
