Adrian Imhoff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francesco Hundhammer in the 3rd minute. Milo von Clausewitz hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Moritz Knochenmus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrian Imhoff was a little too slow when Moritz Knochenmus got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. When Chazon FC's Axel Aumeier in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thetford AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Axel Aumeier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Wipplinger having to interfere. Francesco Hundhammer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Adrian Imhoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Moritz Knochenmus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chazon FC's Adrian Imhoff was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 27 in the game by Francesco Hundhammer from a close distance when the talented Adrian Imhoff managed to make a qualified save. Chazon FC's players were relieved. 28 minutes into the game, Francesco Hundhammer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Adrian Imhoff was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 43 minutes into the match, Francesco Hundhammer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Imhoff. Chazon FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francesco Hundhammer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Adrian Imhoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moritz Knochenmus in the 48th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when George Kirchen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patrick Wipplinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Kirchen in the 53rd minute of play. Adrian Imhoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Hundhammer in the 57th minute of the match. Chazon FC's Axel Aumeier got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 60 played minutes Thetford AFC got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Roth. In the 62nd minute George Kirchen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Wipplinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68thth minute of the game George Kirchen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Thetford AFC's Patrick Wipplinger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Thetford AFC's Claude Haugwitz got a free kick in the 71st minute. The supporters of Thetford AFC booed when Chazon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Kirchen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moritz Knochenmus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrian Imhoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francesco Hundhammer in the 76th minute of play. Axel Aumeier's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Patrick Wipplinger firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Kirchen in the 79th minute of play forced Thetford AFC's goalkeeper Patrick Wipplinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thetford AFC's Patrick Wipplinger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Thetford AFC from getting a goal against them. Thetford AFC's Moritz Knochenmus suffered a sore thigh after 90 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Oskar Simon charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oskar Simon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd minute, Bob Hahnemann sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chazon FC's Adrian Imhoff didn't even have to move. Axel Aumeier might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrick Wipplinger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Aumeier ran back to his position shaking his head. George Kirchen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chazon FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
