Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when David Weiss got the match started through his kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Fredrik Horowitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jasper Holz. UNITED's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fredrik Horowitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 12th minute, David Weiss fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a defensive mix-up in UNITED's zone, Karlheinz Bodenheimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jasper Holz came out of the goal and Karlheinz Bodenheimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Friedrich Pflaumenbaum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oscar von Bassenheim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Bodmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karlheinz Bodenheimer got free with Jasper Holz in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jasper Holz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hellmuth Quattlebaum in the 44th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Friedrich Pflaumenbaum made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in UNITED's zone, Hellmuth Quattlebaum stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jasper Holz came out of the goal and Hellmuth Quattlebaum tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Weiss in the 55th minute of play forced UNITED's goalkeeper Jasper Holz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, UNITED's Leo Hilgendorf got a free kick in the 57th minute. Jasper Holz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Weiss in the 59th minute of play. Félix Heinsohn's late challenge caught a UNITED's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Félix Heinsohn helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of UNITED booed when Cove AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Félix Heinsohn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jasper Holz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Weiss in the 67th minute of play. Jasper Holz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Weiss in the 68th minute of the match. UNITED's Jasper Holz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlheinz Bodenheimer in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when David Weiss came free, but Jasper Holz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Billy Bodmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, David Weiss had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jasper Holz. Jasper Holz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, UNITED's Friedrich Pflaumenbaum sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar von Bassenheim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. David Weiss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jasper Holz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cove AFC fully deserved thier win.
