Spectators: 8452 (Terracing: 6340, Seating: 1943, VIP seats: 169) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Siegfried Brockhaus took the kick off in the first half of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Fowey United's Franz Herrmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albert Rheingold narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Siegfried Brockhaus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Max Wipplinger came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by comecus F.C's Siegfried Brockhaus. But to his dismay, Siegfried Brockhaus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Max Wipplinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siegfried Brockhaus in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of Fowey United booed when comecus F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siegfried Brockhaus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Noah Wagner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Albert Rheingold made a huge save. 31 minutes into the match, Fowey United's goal looked a bit too open when Siegfried Brockhaus came free, but Max Wipplinger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Fowey United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franz Ozwald to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, comecus F.C's goalkeeper Albert Rheingold had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Noah Wagner. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fowey United's goalkeeper Max Wipplinger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franz Herrmann to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Siegfried Brockhaus managed to get in a good position for a shot. comecus F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Siegfried Brockhaus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Max Wipplinger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 57 minutes, Mick Ozwald mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fowey United and the comecus F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Franz Ozwald hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. comecus F.C were furious when Sammy Brötzmann was red carded, 66 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for comecus F.C! The referee gave Fowey United a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ralf Schleck, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of comecus F.C's Albert Rheingold. 1-1. The audience was convinced that Noah Wagner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albert Rheingold was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 76 minutes into the game, Franz Herrmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fowey United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave comecus F.C the free kick. A collision led to Fowey United getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Franz Herrmann hit a great ball. Franz Ozwald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albert Rheingold read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Franz Herrmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albert Rheingold came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fowey United's Franz Herrmann. But to his dismay, Franz Herrmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Franz Herrmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars von Hompesch zu Bolheim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Max Wipplinger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. comecus F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
