In the 25th match minute, North Lords FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lutz Beauchêne to maneuver through the defense. Lucien Ozwald acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 25th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Reuben Hutchins. Howden's Fred Mayfield managed to work through North Lords FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Fred Mayfield dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Fred Mayfield received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Lucien Ozwald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonny Cheswick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucien Ozwald having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Jonny Cheswick notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of North Lords FC's Lucien Ozwald. Lucien Ozwald was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Jonny Cheswick managed to get in a good position for a shot. Howden's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonny Cheswick was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucien Ozwald breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Howden booed when North Lords FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lutz Beauchêne didn't get a good kick on the ball. At last the ball reached Jerome Yeo at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of North Lords FC. 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Philipp Klein was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Howden's Jonny Cheswick sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucien Ozwald narrowly saved just below the crossbar. North Lords FC's Raphaël Knubel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Howden. In the 58th minute, Philipp Klein got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Philipp Klein in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vic Sewell saved Howden from getting behind. Philipp Klein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raphaël Knubel kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by North Lords FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Reuben Hutchins was slow to take the kick. During this time Howden's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Reuben Hutchins got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucien Ozwald quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Cheswick in the 80th minute of play forced North Lords FC's goalkeeper Lucien Ozwald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 minutes, Jonny Cheswick mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Howden and the North Lords FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jonny Cheswick kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Lucien Ozwald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Mayfield, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Howden's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
