In the 7th minute, Lloyd Searle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 11 played minutes EMINEM FC got a freekick which was hit by Georg Nosbusch. Perry Townson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bodo von Fürstenberg having to make a save. Lloyd Searle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bodo von Fürstenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Lloyd Searle could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Bodo von Fürstenberg however easily saved by the left post. If Isaac Aumann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Aumann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Joe Dingle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Abbey Wood got a freekick which was hit by Zack Eslworth. Isaac Aumann scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joe Dingle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joe Dingle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Aumann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the game, EMINEM FC's Isaac Aumann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joe Dingle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The Abbey Wood players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. EMINEM FC were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Perry Townson to strike the kick off in the second half. Max Bodenschatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bodo von Fürstenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perry Townson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Ty Holloway charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ty Holloway the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ty Holloway hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match.
