Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Donald Luxembourg started the match with the kick off. Bodo von Fürstenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald Luxembourg, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Theo Bäumler kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Max Bodenschatz managed to get in a good position for a shot. EMINEM FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Bodenschatz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mick Albrecht breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Theo Bäumler got free with Bodo von Fürstenberg in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Donald Luxembourg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bodo von Fürstenberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 22 minutes New Cross's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonathan Weber who took care of the corner kick. Bodo von Fürstenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donald Luxembourg in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Aumann in the 30th minute of play forced New Cross's goalkeeper Mick Albrecht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Max Bodenschatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Donald Luxembourg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Bodo von Fürstenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lutz Rabinger charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lutz Rabinger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th match minute, New Cross was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lutz Rabinger to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donald Luxembourg in the 42nd minute of play forced EMINEM FC's goalkeeper Bodo von Fürstenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. EMINEM FC's Bodo von Fürstenberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save EMINEM FC from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Max Bodenschatz to make the kick off. The supporters of EMINEM FC booed when New Cross was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lutz Rabinger didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, New Cross's goalkeeper Mick Albrecht had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaac Aumann. Theo Bäumler might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bodo von Fürstenberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Theo Bäumler ran back to his position shaking his head. Bodo von Fürstenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theo Bäumler in the 64th minute of play. After 65 played minutes EMINEM FC got a freekick which was hit by Georg Nosbusch. New Cross's Theo Bäumler got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. New Cross's Donald Luxembourg suffered a sore thigh after 68 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Claus Schmit fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EMINEM FC's protests and gave Claus Schmit a yellow card for diving instead. Claus Schmit hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Isaac Aumann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Mick Albrecht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, New Cross's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Max Bodenschatz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Rudy Klingelmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Theo Bäumler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Bodo von Fürstenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rudy Klingelmann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bodo von Fürstenberg having to make a save. When Perry Goldstein fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EMINEM FC's protests and gave Perry Goldstein a yellow card for diving instead. Perry Goldstein hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. EMINEM FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though New Cross had controlled the match.
