Freddie Imhoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Spike Pringle in the 15th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin Rauschenberger in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matthew Rowett saved Kemsing from getting behind. A collision led to Kemsing getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Glenn Rundle hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Steffen Geschke had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matthew Rowett. Kemsing's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Steffen Geschke was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Benjamin Rauschenberger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Rowett having to interfere.
