The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean-Claude von Ancken got free with Ollie Helminger in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. RedBoys Lëtzebuerg's Philip Pröll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian von Radowitz in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, RedBoys Lëtzebuerg's Denis Happe got a free kick in the 16th minute. Jean-Claude von Ancken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ollie Helminger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Silvester Auerswald took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Ollie Helminger to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean-Claude von Ancken got free with Ollie Helminger in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Silvester Auerswald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Philip Pröll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Walch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ollie Helminger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvester Auerswald, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Gerry Krier made a great header on RedBoys Lëtzebuerg's corner, it was just that Union Remich Bous's Ollie Helminger managed to reach the ball for a save. 36 minutes into the match, RedBoys Lëtzebuerg's goal looked a bit too open when Liam Baumgärtner came free, but Philip Pröll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

58 minutes into the match, RedBoys Lëtzebuerg's goalkeeper Philip Pröll had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacob Stoffel. Jacob Stoffel came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Philip Pröll could save by the left post. Jacob Stoffel hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Ollie Helminger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvester Auerswald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes Union Remich Bous got a freekick which was hit by Jacob Stoffel. In the 65th minute of the match Moritz Ganzfried sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ollie Helminger skillfully saved the ball. 67 minutes into the match, RedBoys Lëtzebuerg's goal looked a bit too open when Charlie Walch came free, but Philip Pröll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Union Remich Bous's Ollie Helminger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Claude von Ancken in the 68th minute of play. When Silvester Auerswald came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the RedBoys Lëtzebuerg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvester Auerswald couldn't finish the play. Philip Pröll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian von Radowitz in the 72nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Union Remich Bous's zone, Jean-Claude von Ancken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ollie Helminger came out of the goal and Jean-Claude von Ancken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charlie Walch hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Union Remich Bous's goal looked a bit too open when Silvester Auerswald came free, but Ollie Helminger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Union Remich Bous's Adrian von Radowitz got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Philip Pröll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian von Radowitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Union Remich Bous's Jacob Stoffel got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Jacob Stoffel off the ground. In the 90th minute, Silvester Auerswald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RedBoys Lëtzebuerg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After having played for 94 minutes, Charlie Walch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Union Remich Bous's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charlie Walch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian von Radowitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. RedBoys Lëtzebuerg were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Union Remich Bous for a fine match.
