Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jean-Claude von Ancken kicked off to start the match. Joel Braun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvester Auerswald, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The supporters of RedBoys Lëtzebuerg booed when Padiham FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddie Arendt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Leo Brodmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Pröll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 played minutes Padiham FC got a freekick which was hit by Max Weiss. Padiham FC's Joel Braun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvester Auerswald in the 23rd minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joel Braun showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Leo Brodmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leo Brodmann during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Padiham FC's Leo Brodmann got a free kick in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Padiham FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Claude von Ancken came free, but Joel Braun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Silvester Auerswald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvester Auerswald hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

RedBoys Lëtzebuerg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Padiham FC the free kick. Eddie Arendt hit a great ball. Eddie Arendt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Pröll having to interfere. With a little luck, Padiham FC's Joel Braun got control of the ball when Jean-Claude von Ancken tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to RedBoys Lëtzebuerg getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Steffen von Arnim-Boitzenburg hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Padiham FC's goalkeeper Joel Braun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerry Krier. Max Weiss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Philip Pröll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Brodmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Padiham FC could leave the field as winners, despite RedBoys Lëtzebuerg having more of the ball for most of the match.
