After some careless play in the Reflection defense, Adrian von Radowitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eddy Zimmermann. The Reflection fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eddy Zimmermann should have stopped the shot. When Liam Baumgärtner fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Union Remich Bous's protests and gave Liam Baumgärtner a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th match minute, Union Remich Bous was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liam Baumgärtner to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 60 minutes, Charlie Walch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liam Baumgärtner in the 81st minute of play forced Reflection's goalkeeper Eddy Zimmermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Reflection's Jasper Hahn, in the 85th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Reflection. If Michael Probst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reflection played a much better game than Union Remich Bous and deserved their victory. The Union Remich Bous players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
