But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan Blumenthal couldn't finish the play. Charlie Walch kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Liam Baumgärtner took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Adrian Beermann to make any attempt to save it. North Petherton City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Adrian von Radowitz scored to the left of an out of position Adrian Beermann, making the score, 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Adrian von Radowitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union Remich Bous's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian von Radowitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Beermann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, North Petherton City's goalkeeper Adrian Beermann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacob Stoffel. After a defensive mix-up in North Petherton City's zone, Liam Baumgärtner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Beermann came out of the goal and Liam Baumgärtner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan Blumenthal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ollie Helminger having to interfere. Adrian Beermann made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Liam Baumgärtner sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute, Charlie Walch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Charlie Walch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Beermann having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian von Radowitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Liam Baumgärtner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrian Beermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liam Baumgärtner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the game, Eddy Lück was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Petherton City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Union Remich Bous the free kick. Union Remich Bous's Ollie Helminger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Blumenthal in the 60th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Adrian von Radowitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrian Beermann was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Union Remich Bous's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
