Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Bodenheimer in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Beermann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrian Beermann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Bodenheimer in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, North Petherton City's goal looked a bit too open when Ralph von Hompesch zu Bolheim came free, but Adrian Beermann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Stanway's goalkeeper Lucien Grasmück had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darius Nowak. After 16 minutes, George Bodenheimer made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. North Petherton City's Adrian Beermann tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute, George Bodenheimer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stanway fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. North Petherton City's Adrian Beermann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralph von Hompesch zu Bolheim in the 24th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in North Petherton City fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Stanway a penalty, 26 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Danny Holz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of North Petherton City's Adrian Beermann. 0-3. After 28 played minutes North Petherton City got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Bäcker. Mick Glöckner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Adrian Beermann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Hattendorf kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Danny Holz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrian Beermann skillfully saved the ball. North Petherton City's Adrian Beermann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralph von Hompesch zu Bolheim in the 34th minute of play. Adrian Beermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bodo Jentzsch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Beermann came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Stanway's George Bodenheimer. But to his dismay, George Bodenheimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If George Bodenheimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell George Bodenheimer to make the kick off. George Bodenheimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. George Bodenheimer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Adrian Beermann made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Bodenheimer in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 57th minute of the match, George Bodenheimer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adrian Beermann saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Mick Glöckner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stanway's supporters rose to their feet, but Mick Glöckner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Beermann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan Blumenthal hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the game, Stanway's George Bodenheimer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adrian Beermann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. George Bodenheimer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Adrian Beermann made a huge save. Adrian Beermann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bodo Jentzsch, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A collision led to North Petherton City getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Florian Baumstark hit a great ball. In the 80th minute of the match, Ralph von Hompesch zu Bolheim got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adrian Beermann was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mick Glöckner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Beermann having to interfere. North Petherton City's Adrian Beermann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save North Petherton City from getting a goal against them. 86 minutes into the match, George Bodenheimer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adrian Beermann, 0-6. Karl Beicht charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl Beicht the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Karl Beicht hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The North Petherton City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Stanway were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
