Leopold Schäpper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Mathias von Opel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mathias von Opel was a little too slow when Leopold Schäpper got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. Mathias von Opel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopold Schäpper, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The corner ended in Stefan Fischer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DopplerEffekt's Mathias von Opel did a great save. After a rather tough play, Wem's Stefan Fischer got a free kick in the 27th minute. Fabio Caduff in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Fabio Caduff put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mathias von Opel. In the 81st minute, Tobias Deflorin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Fabio Caduff notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of DopplerEffekt's Mathias von Opel. Mathias von Opel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Wem's Fabio Caduff got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Tobias Deflorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wem's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
