Goswin Richli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rico Topcu in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Albano Saluz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albano Saluz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Bandell having to interfere. Salvatore Hamazic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Goswin Richli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reigate's Goswin Richli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Schwitter in the 43rd minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albano Saluz to strike the kick off in the second half. Flori Nef's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Goswin Richli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Reigate's Albano Saluz got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jordan Althaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Roman Bandell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the game, Fabiano Michel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Roman Bandell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Albano Saluz might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roman Bandell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albano Saluz ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Frederik Holzner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reigate's supporters rose to their feet, but Frederik Holzner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Bandell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Rico Topcu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Goswin Richli. That made the score 2-2 in the 69 minute of play. Salvatore Hamazic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Goswin Richli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 2-3 became the score in the 79th minute when Rico Topcu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 84th minute Eros Baumgartner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Bandell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flori Nef kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Fabiano Michel notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of VaduZ CF's Roman Bandell. Roman Bandell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
