When Thorsten Nägele came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the FC Triesenberg fans jumped to their feet. Mathias Kathan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sandro Andersen in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mathias Kathan saved Kings Lynn from getting behind. Sandro Andersen took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathias Kathan. Mathias Kathan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandro Andersen in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathias Kathan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Triesenberg's Ismaele Santo Strub got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46thth minute of the game Sandro Andersen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kings Lynn's Mathias Kathan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacob Josef Fromm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sandro Andersen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 53 minutes into the game, Alexander Simader was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kings Lynn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Triesenberg the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Kings Lynn:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Triesenberg:s goal. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 0-11 when Sandro Andersen sped through Kings Lynn's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mathias Kathan. Sandro Andersen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Mathias Kathan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacob Josef Fromm during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Stjepan Sozzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Triesenberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Stjepan Sozzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mathias Kathan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mathias Kathan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Andersen, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
