The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Adam Stutz fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pirroni-cum-Moze United's protests and gave Adam Stutz a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes Pirroni-cum-Moze United got a freekick which was hit by Adam Stutz. In the 3rd minute Robert Schädler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Odin Schmidiger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Pirroni-cum-Moze United's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Schädler came free, but Odin Schmidiger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 10 minutes on the clock, Christof Vigini commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Flavio Guerreiro sped through Pirroni-cum-Moze United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Odin Schmidiger. A collision led to Pirroni-cum-Moze United getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Theodor Dilena hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Guerreiro in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Odin Schmidiger saved Pirroni-cum-Moze United from getting behind. Odin Schmidiger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavio Guerreiro's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Odin Schmidiger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavio Guerreiro went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 0-4 became the score in the 30th minute when Flavio Guerreiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 36 played minutes Pirroni-cum-Moze United got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Widmer. Felipe Zweifel hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Felix Fischer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Weaverham's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Fischer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Odin Schmidiger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Odin Schmidiger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Vogt in the 41st minute of play forced Pirroni-cum-Moze United's goalkeeper Odin Schmidiger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Odin Schmidiger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes Sozzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Ludwig Vogt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Weaverham were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Helmuth Baumeister to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Pirroni-cum-Moze United's goalkeeper Odin Schmidiger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Guerreiro. Hans Heid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermanno Wemelinger in the 55th minute of play. Flavio Guerreiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Odin Schmidiger made a huge save. 58 minutes into the match, Pirroni-cum-Moze United's goalkeeper Odin Schmidiger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Schädler. 60 minutes into the game, Ludwig Vogt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Odin Schmidiger. Ludwig Vogt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Fergus Trüssel hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Hans Heid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fergus Trüssel in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to Weaverham getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Patric Bullinger hit a great ball. A hard shot 74 in the game by Flavio Guerreiro from a close distance when the talented Odin Schmidiger managed to make a qualified save. Pirroni-cum-Moze United's players were relieved. 74 minutes into the game, Helmuth Baumeister was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pirroni-cum-Moze United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Weaverham the free kick. Odin Schmidiger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Guerreiro in the 84th minute. The attack was good, but when Flavio Guerreiro in the 85th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 87 minutes into the match, Weaverham's Flavio Guerreiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Odin Schmidiger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Odin Schmidiger was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Georg Christen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Georg Christen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. A hard shot 92 in the game by Flavio Guerreiro from a close distance when the talented Odin Schmidiger managed to make a qualified save. Pirroni-cum-Moze United's players were relieved.
