Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Flori Nutsch took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Victor Frick notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Yateley's Niklas Gassner. Niklas Gassner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thomas Batliner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Gassner having to interfere. Wootton Bassett City's Antoni Thöny got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Victor Frick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Victor Frick came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Wootton Bassett City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Frick couldn't finish the play. After the first half Wootton Bassett City were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victor Frick to make the kick off. 52 minutes in the game Gökhan Wille did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Marcus Riegler. Thomas Batliner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Niklas Gassner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Frick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Noah Amadeo Bürzle made a great header on Wootton Bassett City's corner, it was just that Yateley's Niklas Gassner managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Victor Frick managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wootton Bassett City's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Frick was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Wootton Bassett City's zone, Julien Reiber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vincente Vazquez came out of the goal and Julien Reiber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vincente Vazquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flori Nutsch, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Yateley's zone, Antoni Thöny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Gassner came out of the goal and Antoni Thöny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wootton Bassett City's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
