Florian Bürzle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from János Gere in the 5th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when János Gere got free with Florian Bürzle in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Radoslaw Golota could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Florian Bürzle made a huge save. Liechtenstein City's Florian Bürzle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radoslaw Golota in the 11th minute of play. Florian Bürzle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arman Ilımlı in the 12th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Liechtenstein City's zone, János Gere stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Bürzle came out of the goal and János Gere tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bendern's Arman Ilımlı in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liechtenstein City's goalie prevented a goal. After 24 minutes, Igor Burali mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liechtenstein City and the Bendern players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bendern booed when Liechtenstein City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Burali didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florian Bürzle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dieter Mydla, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Arman Ilımlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Bendern's Arman Ilımlı ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Florian Bürzle. Florian Bürzle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 37th match minute, Bendern was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Srdan Wanger to maneuver through the defense. After 42 minutes of play Liechtenstein City's Igor Burali was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 43 played minutes Liechtenstein City got a freekick which was hit by Igor Burali. Radoslaw Golota could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Florian Bürzle made a huge save. Arman Ilımlı kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Johannes Schirnböck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dieter Mydla kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Arman Ilımlı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Florian Bürzle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seyhan Brunner kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Radoslaw Golota had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florian Bürzle. Liechtenstein City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radoslaw Golota was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Florian Bürzle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arman Ilımlı in the 66th minute of the match. Arman Ilımlı scored 3-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florian Bürzle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute, Arman Ilımlı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florian Bürzle was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a rather tough play, Bendern's Sebastian Hirsch got a free kick in the 75th minute. Bendern's Arman Ilımlı got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the game, Bendern's Radoslaw Golota nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florian Bürzle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. If Radoslaw Golota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 minutes of play, Bendern's Radoslaw Golota made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florian Bürzle was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th match minute, Bendern was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Srdan Wanger to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Radoslaw Golota left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bendern fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bendern fully deserved thier win.
