In the 42nd match minute, Liechtenstein City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Alfred to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Gerold Baumeister made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Noser. Liechtenstein City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raphael Nigg was the one to do the kick off. If Gerold Baumeister had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Noser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerold Baumeister, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 87th minute, Liechtenstein City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gerold Baumeister fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gerold Baumeister sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
