Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) A collision led to Forst Postsportverein getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Fabian Thalmeier hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laurin Rheinberger in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Marxer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Fabian Berthold fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Vaduz's protests and gave Fabian Berthold a yellow card for diving instead. Igor D'Elia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot by Egidio Berger from long distance, 16 minutes into the match, got Fabian Erne's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Laurin Rheinberger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Marxer having to interfere. After 19 minutes, Laurin Rheinberger made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Forst Postsportverein's Martin Marxer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald Topcu in the 22nd minute of play forced Forst Postsportverein's goalkeeper Martin Marxer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Marxer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurin Rheinberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 29 minutes, Gökhan Maiser mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forst Postsportverein and the FC Vaduz players grew even worse after the yellow card. With his leg Fabian Erne managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Forst Postsportverein's Igor D'Elia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Igor D'Elia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Erne having to interfere. Fabian Erne made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor D'Elia in the 48th minute. The Forst Postsportverein players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laurin Rheinberger was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Laurin Rheinberger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Vaduz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laurin Rheinberger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Damian Falk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor D'Elia struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Fabian Erne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forst Postsportverein. Igor D'Elia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Erne having to interfere. Martin Marxer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damian Falk in the 66th minute. A hard shot 70 in the game by Damian Falk from a close distance when the talented Martin Marxer managed to make a qualified save. Forst Postsportverein's players were relieved. Damian Falk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Martin Marxer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kevin Risch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Vaduz's Damian Falk got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martin Marxer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but René Demirci showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 85 minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, FC Vaduz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by René Demirci to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes FC Vaduz got a freekick which was hit by Loris Sele. Forst Postsportverein's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rissi Thöny in the 98th minute. Forst Postsportverein's Rissi Thöny was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabian Erne in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. FC Vaduz's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
