Grüne Kobolde's Wolfgang Hassler managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bruno Tonk in the 4 minute of the game. After some careless play in the Grüne Kobolde defense, Hans Marco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anton Biedermann. The Grüne Kobolde fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Biedermann should have stopped the shot. Hans Marco succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 15th playminute. Elias Neyer made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Grüne Kobolde's Dominique Risch. Anton Biedermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hanspeter Fragasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Benno Elkuch sped through Bayern Vaduz FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Etienne Meister. After 29 minutes, Simon Matsch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grüne Kobolde and the Bayern Vaduz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Flavio Christen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Etienne Meister having to interfere. A collision led to Bayern Vaduz FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Hans Marco hit a great ball. Anton Biedermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hanspeter Fragasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anton Biedermann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hanspeter Fragasso in the 37th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 38 minutes into the game, when Rico Berno put in a rough tackle. Hans Marco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 4-1 became the score in the 45th minute when Hans Marco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hanspeter Fragasso was the one to do the kick off. Simon Matsch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Biedermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hanspeter Fragasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Hans Marco notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Grüne Kobolde's Anton Biedermann. Anton Biedermann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hanspeter Fragasso in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anton Biedermann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patric Wohlwend fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Etienne Meister having to interfere. Stefan Büchel made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Grüne Kobolde's Flavio Christen. 88 minutes into the match, Bayern Vaduz FC's Hans Marco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anton Biedermann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Marco in the 91st minute of play forced Grüne Kobolde's goalkeeper Anton Biedermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Christen charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flavio Christen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Grüne Kobolde's Flavio Christen got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Anton Biedermann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hanspeter Fragasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Bayern Vaduz FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Grüne Kobolde for a fine match.
