In the 12th minute of the match Simon Matsch shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kevin Wehrle showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Green United's Kevin Wehrle got control of the ball when Benno Elkuch tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Grüne Kobolde getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Dominique Risch hit a great ball. When Fridolin Kaiser fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Green United's protests and gave Fridolin Kaiser a yellow card for diving instead. Flavio Christen hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Adriano Strub fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Biedermann having to interfere. Simon Matsch hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Kevin Wehrle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benno Elkuch went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ecki Meister in the 33rd minute of play forced Grüne Kobolde's goalkeeper Anton Biedermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Biedermann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Tschütscher in the 37th minute of the match. Grüne Kobolde's Anton Biedermann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ecki Meister in the 38th minute of play. After 39 played minutes Grüne Kobolde got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Christen. In the 43rd minute Ecki Meister shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Biedermann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ecki Meister to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes Grüne Kobolde's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Christof Wohlwend who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Christof Wohlwend got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anton Biedermann quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Benno Elkuch kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Adriano Strub received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Anton Biedermann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Adriano Strub fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 62 played minutes Grüne Kobolde got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Christen. Benno Elkuch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Wehrle having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Rainer Hörmann dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Anton Biedermann, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benno Elkuch in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kevin Wehrle saved Green United from getting behind. After 74 played minutes Green United got a freekick which was hit by Fridolin Kaiser. Grüne Kobolde's Dominique Risch couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 76th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Green United. Karlheinz Hemmerle charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karlheinz Hemmerle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes Grüne Kobolde got a freekick which was hit by Karlheinz Hemmerle. Ecki Meisters short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Anton Biedermann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ecki Meister sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Green United's Adriano Strub slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anton Biedermann. That made the score 1-3 after 87 minutes of play. A collision led to Grüne Kobolde getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Rico Berno hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 95th minute by Ecki Meister got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
