In the 6th minute, Samuel Urbez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Etienne Meister was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Samuel Keller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Etienne Meister having to interfere. Etienne Meister made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Urbez in the 14th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bayern Vaduz FC's zone, Marcus Gantenbein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Etienne Meister came out of the goal and Marcus Gantenbein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Samuel Keller in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bayern Vaduz FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Samuel Keller put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Etienne Meister. Etienne Meister didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Keller went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Hanspeter Fragasso struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Goren Puget didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bayern Vaduz FC. The audience was convinced that Marcus Gantenbein's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Etienne Meister was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. 35 minutes into the match, Samuel Keller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Etienne Meister. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bayern Vaduz FC's goalkeeper Etienne Meister, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel Keller in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Etienne Meister prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-8.

The wind increased when Hanspeter Fragasso made the kick off in the second half. Etienne Meister didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 50th minute, which inside left pole to 0-9. Samuel Keller took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Etienne Meister. Etienne Meister dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. Marcus Gantenbein succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-11 in the 57th playminute. After 60th play minutes Samuel Keller shot 0-12, a short shot which went by Etienne Meister and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, Bayern Vaduz FC's Etienne Meister got control of the ball when Marcus Gantenbein tried to sneak it across the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Samuel Urbez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Etienne Meister. Samuel Urbez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-14. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Samuel Urbez got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Marcus Gantenbein slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Etienne Meister. That made the score 0-15 after 76 minutes of play. Hans Marco kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Urbez in the 81st minute of play forced Bayern Vaduz FC's goalkeeper Etienne Meister to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Samuel Keller looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-16 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antoni Heeb hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Marcus Gantenbein, 86 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 88thth minute of the game Isidoro Erroman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bayern Vaduz FC's Etienne Meister was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Etienne Meister stood somewhat misplaced when Samuel Keller came free in front of goal and shot 0-17 to the left of him in the 89 minute. When the final whistle sounded ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bayern Vaduz FC.
