In the 15thth minute of the game Dario Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Briavacca's Carlo Oberrauch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Alberto Placidi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olengo's Amos Morandin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlo Oberrauch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Costa in the 18th minute of the match. If Alberto Placidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amos Morandin came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Briavacca's Alberto Placidi. But to his dismay, Alberto Placidi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Carlo Corna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Amos Morandin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlo Corna in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amos Morandin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Briavacca were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Placidi was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Briavacca's Carlo Corna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amos Morandin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Carlo Corna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Amos Morandin made a huge save. A collision led to Olengo getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. The tension between the Olengo and the Briavacca players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Olengo defense, Alberto Placidi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amos Morandin. The Olengo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amos Morandin should have stopped the shot. Carlo Oberrauch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Frabetti in the 69th minute of the match. Olengo's Amos Morandin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Olengo from getting a goal against them. Amos Morandin made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Carlo Corna sent off a good shot on target. Amos Morandin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlo Corna in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Olengo booed when Briavacca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francesco Mansueto didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Olengo's Amos Morandin got control of the ball when Carlo Corna tried to sneak it across the goal line.
